Early Childhood Programs

Ross County CAC operates a federally funded school readiness program that provides intensive comprehensive child development and family support services for predominantly low-income children, ages 0-5, who meet eligibility guidelines and reside in Ross County! The early learning programs include both Head Start (Preschool Ages 3-5) and Early Head Start (Pregnant Women, Infants/Toddlers Ages 0-3) and both center and home-based opportunities!

  • Researched based curriculum
  • Parent Involvement Activities
  • Nutrition and Health Services
  • Mental Health Services
  • Services for children with disabilities
  • ALL formula, meals and snacks provided through CACFP
  • Pull-Ups and diapers provided while in care
  • Transportation offered in some areas for Head Start programming only
